This stately property is set on a large fully fenced block and is located approximately 1km from the picturesque front swimming beach. With accommodation for up to 11 people, Spirit of Rye offers plenty of room to relax and unwind. The house has a Coonara fire plus split system heating/cooling both upstairs and downstairs. The upstairs verandah provides views of the valley and overlooks the lovely front garden. | Price Guide: | HIGH PEAK (19th Dec – 2nd Jan) 7 night minimum - $4000 per week. PEAK (1st – 18th Dec) 2 night minimum - $500 per night, $2800 per week. (3rd Jan – 31st Jan) 7 night minimum - $2800 per week. Easter (22nd-19th April) 5 night minimum - $500 per night. OFF-PEAK (Feb- Nov) 2 night minimum - $300 per night, $1800 per week. All tariffs are BYO linen. Guests BYO top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels and teatowels or, linen is available for $250. Min tariff applies for long weekends and school holidays - $1200 for up to 3 nights. |
