We offer a lovely renovated holiday house in the heart of Rosebud. It has 3 bedrooms and a large entertaining outdoor area. It is ideally located with a 5 minute walk to the beach, supermarkets, cafes, and shops. Bring your large family or some friends, even the family pet and enjoy the outdoor entertaining area. Ideal for dinner from the barbeque or just relax watching the children play cricket in the large backyard. Inside we have a newly renovated bathroom, a fully equiped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, large kitchen table seats up to 8. The lounge room is spacious and has a TV with DVD player and stereo. Airconditioning with reverse cycle heating. Bedroom 1 has queen bed, Bedroom 2 sleeps up to 4, with bunk and fold down couch and Bedroom 3 has a double bed bunk. | |

| Booking Policy: | Reservations and Cancellations To confim your reservation we normally accept a 50% deposit payable by cheque, cash or direct deposit, with balance payable 7 days prior to arrival. Should you wish for another arrangement, please don't hesitate to ask. If a booking is cancelled prior to arrival, a refund is subject to a 2% administration fee, or the deposit can be carried over for another date (subject to availablity). The Bond A bond of $500 is held as security against any damage or undue wear & tear, plus $300 Complaints Bond. If we receive a complaint from neighbours and the police are called due to excessive and unreasonable noise, this bond will be forfeited. Inspection cannot take place until property is fully vacated and checked by cleaners. Bonds can be paid by cheque or EFT. The bond will be refunded within 7 days providing premises is left as found. The bond cannot be refunded upon departure. |
