This large and luxurious holiday house has magnificent ocean and rural views both from within the house and from the extensive surrounding decking and outdoor entertaining areas. During the summer months you will spend many hours enjoying the views from the sunrise in the morning to the glorious sunsets in the evening. Moonah Ridge is fully air conditioned for guests comfort and able to accommodate couples, families and large groups in luxury and complete privacy. Our single booking policy enables guests to occupy the West Wing, leaving the East Wing vacant, or for large groups occupy both wings consisting 7 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 5 living areas. • 7 bedrooms (3xQueen rooms, 2xTwin rooms, 2xTriple Bunk rooms-Double bed below/single above.) • 5 living areas (3 upstairs, 2 downstairs including our new 'media' room) • 2 indoor spa baths • 1 large outdoor heated spa/hot tub • Pool table • Open fire place • Fully equipped kitchen with granite bench tops and S/Steel appliances • Heating & air-conditioning • Gas & Electric BBQ's • Large outdoor decked dining areas with the top deck affording 360 degree views • and more ... Whales have been spotted from the decks and horses galloping by in the paddocks below. The bar room is always a favourite with bar fridge, pool table, open fire place, comfy leather lounge suite and floor to ceiling windows providing a great view over the nearby St Andrews and Moonah Links golf courses. All linen and towels are provided and the house contains numerous televisions, including OHProjector TV, CD & DVD players, VHS and games machines. Accommodation is available for weekends, mid-week or weekly bookings. Great for golf groups, families, corporate or special occasions. Also available for guests is the opportunity to hire ($50/day) our Moonah Boatshed located at Capel Sound Beach West Rosebud. It is well equipped for a great day at the beach with table, chairs, sink, running water, paddle board, TV and even a generator to run it! Directly on the beach and across the road from restaurants, bottle shop, takeaways and newsagency. | |
