Two large living areas open off these rooms with the larger complete with a full size kitchen complete with dishwasher and all other facilities. Sliding doors open onto a generous deck and BBQ area.

Tariff Guide: • Please expect a 4 night minimum stay from 24th Dec to 31st Jan.
• Tariffs will be calculated on a weekly or nightly fee for the remainder of the year with a surcharge of $60.00 for a one night stay.

DEPOSITS:

• A deposit of 50% is required within 4 days of making a secure reservation.
• Payment is accepted by e banking or on arrival, final payment in cash.
• Deposits by cheque will be accepted if received 7 days prior to arrival. Payment by money transfer can be made into CBA account; BSB no: 063648; Acc no: 10017629.

• The owners reserve the right not to honour out-of date or misquoted tariffs

Policy:		Accommodation is available from 1400hr and check out is strictly 10.00am on the days unless other arrangements have been personally made.

• No additional guests are to stay overnight without prior arrangement. Please consider excessive noise as the neighbours enjoy a peaceful existence.
• Provision in the carport is for 2 cars.
• We understand that at time plans do alter however please be aware of our cancellation policy.
• Notice given more than 21 days prior to reservation-15% of deposit.
• Notice given between 7-21 days prior to reservation-50% of deposit.
• Less than 7 days prior to reservation-total deposit.
