DEPOSITS: • A deposit of 50% is required within 4 days of making a secure reservation. • Payment is accepted by e banking or on arrival, final payment in cash. • Deposits by cheque will be accepted if received 7 days prior to arrival. | Booking Policy: | Accommodation is available from 1400hr and check out is strictly 10.00am on the days unless other arrangements have been personally made. • No additional guests are to stay overnight without prior arrangement. Please consider excessive noise as the neighbours enjoy a peaceful existence. • Provision in the carport is for 2 cars. • We understand that at time plans do alter however please be aware of our cancellation policy. • Notice given more than 21 days prior to reservation-15% of deposit. • Notice given between 7-21 days prior to reservation-50% of deposit. • Less than 7 days prior to reservation-total deposit.
