We list self cater style beach holiday houses for your guests exclusive use during their stay. We also list bed & breakfast properties where owners live on site to service guests needs.

Our Accommodation Booking Service offers equivalent 3 star budget style, to 5 star Quality houses.

We have 3 options to list on the SRR website and offer a total package deal:

Option 1 - Full holiday management - leave everything to us ( limited spots)
Option 2 - Bookings only service with a secure deposit taken - you do the rest
Option 3 - back up emergency meet N greet, check in service and/or credit card processing

We offer flexible arrangements with check in and out times to suit guests whenever we can.
A complimentary game of full court tennis is offered to guests with every booking made through the SRR website
BYO sheets, pillowcases and body towels OR optional full Linen service in some homes, where SRR will provide this service for guests at the guests expense, separate to the booking.

One night stays or 2 night minimums, Weekly or longer vacation options for your property, - You decide.

(One night stays available in some properties in St Andrews Beach & Rye.)

We take holiday houses that accept children of all ages and pets.
A bond is taken for all stays at all properties.

Cleaning can be arranged and linen can be taken and dropped off at the laundry and returned to your holiday house. - Depends on the level of service you choose and Season.

Tariff Guide:We offer a booking service with a secure deposit made to SRR. You do not have to exclusively list with us as Owners have the right of refusal on any booking before a deposit is placed.

You are in control of all dates for check in and out year round.

All paperwork sent as attachments by email and your guests deposit payment are paid
into your own bank account within 48 hours of confirmation of a booking.

We also offer a back up/emergency service for your guests check in or credit card approvals.
