The quiet location is only minutes from the ocean and bay beaches at McCrae, Rosebud and Gunnamatta on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria - just 1½ hours from Melbourne.

Guest accommodation suites overlook a lovely garden of lily pilly, conifers, roses and lavender. The tranquil atmosphere continues indoors where the restful decor combine to create an ambiance of peace and serenity.

Both bedrooms are situated on the ground floor and include coffee and tea making facilities. The romantically furnished guest rooms have a generous and stylish Queen size bed, which is beautifully coordinated with matching linen and fluffy duck down donas.

Guests have their own separate lounge room with TV, DVD, Video and Hi Fi. Books, magazines, games and a wide selection of videos and DVDs all add to your comfort. A private bathroom is off the guest lounge.
