Nestled in a delightful garden setting on a 10-acre country property, Sartain's at Mornington offers guests an intimate retreat with a 4-star AAAT rating. It is a 1 hour drive from Melbourne: 1¼ hours from Tullamarine Aiaport and 5 minutes from Mt Eliza and Mornington.

The Cottage has been renovated in a modern style with first-class facilities and are provisioned daily for a Continental Breakfast and serviced daily. Cooked breakfasts are also available at an extra cost. In addition a daily menu is available for guests to partake of lunch or dinner which can be delivered to the Cottages or enjoyed in the garden or on the veranda and Luncheon Hampers also available.

Sally Sartain has been actively involved in the hospitality industry for many years and is an accomplished cook. Sartain's can also provide meals for visitors' guests by arrangement, up to a maximum of 8 persons, with a menu for any occasion.

A short walk along a hedge-lined pathway leads to an all-weather tennis court with a pavilion where tennis rackets and balls are provided. There are tea/coffee making facilities and a gas BBQ together with a table and comfortable chairs. Beyond there is a nature area and a Japanese garden and horse paddocks. Visitors are welcome to stroll around the property including the attractive gardens surrounding the residence.

The Cottage is quite separate from the Owner's residence ensuring total privacy.
