Tariff Guide: • Our prices are based on the number & ages of all guests.
• $1,500.00 weekly
• $700.00 2-nights weekends
• $600.00 2-nights mid-week
• 2-night minimum stay.
• 5-night minimum in January

Booking/Cancellation
Policy:
• A Tenancy Agreement showing full terms and conditions, for your selected property, will be sent prior to receiving your deposit.
• A 24 hour hold can be placed on a property at your request.
• 50% of total booking cost as agreed by email or phone is required to confirm and hold your selected dates and property.
• Balance due on arrival together with Security Bond. (Security Bond applies to all stays.)
• December & January bookings must be fully paid a minimum 2 weeks in advance of arrival date.
• 5 night min stay applies from 15th December to 30th January for all properties.
•"Child" rates are applicable for children 12 years of age and under.
•"Adult" rates apply for guests 13 years and above.

Cancellation:

•20% of agreed total price is non refundable from day of confirmation.
