Dining area & well equipped kitchen is open plan to the lounge area, which has a gas wall heater keeping the whole house cosy in Winter.

We provide Nintendo, a selection of DVDs & CDs, books and a box of toys.

2 bedrooms have a QS bed & look out onto the veranda area. The 3rd bedroom has 2 sets of single bunks for 4 guests. There is also a Cot for under 2 yr olds.

BYO sheets, pillowcases & towels or Optional linen service at an extra charge per person per stay.

The Bathroom has a shower & separate bath. The Toilet is next door.

The laundry has a washing machine, iron & board.

It has a large private deck at the rear with table, chairs and a double hammock plus gas BBQ. set among the tea trees. A 20 min walk or a 5 minute drive to the Rye beach & township with its cafes, restaurants, many shops and the Rye pier for fishing.

There is a shady front veranda for those hot days and 3 standing fans if needed.

Space for 2 cars on the driveway.
