On arrival a lush garden setting beckons you up onto your private decking that's furnished with a lounge and dining area, outdoor kitchen and BBQ. The outdoor spa comes complete with sun deck to fully enjoy some alfresco living.

Inside you will be treated to a spacious living and entertainment area consisting of a cinema centre, pool table and kitchenette through to 3 substantial bedrooms sleeping you and up to five of your closest friends.

Your hosts Barb and Bryan Harper had lived in the city of Melbourne for over 25 years and always dreamed of moving down the coast looking for a more relaxed lifestyle. In 2004 they spotted a house on the market that required a lot of TLC and knew this was the house they would want to call home to start the new phase of their lives. With great attention to detail; it took 2 long years to renovate and set up what is now Roseneath at Rye Luxury Bed and Breakfast.

We want your stay to be as relaxing and comfortable at Roseneath at Rye and so we offer these amenities:
