Puddleduck Cottage is spacious, warm, inviting and set well away from any main roads backing onto a wooded reserve with koalas and swamp wallabies as residents. At night the only thing one hears is the silence!

Fully self-contained with four bedrooms and able to accommodate upto 8 people the master bedroom is at the rear of the cottage with ensuite and access to the outdoor six-person spa and dining area. Enormous living area with slow combustion wood heater. Two other bedrooms, one with QS bed, the other with two single beds. The property is air conditioned and has television, video and cd facilities as well as a fully equipped kitchen and outdoor barbecue and entertaining areas set in a relaxing private garden. There is plenty of car parking and room for a boat.
A wine ba r stocked with wines from Tucks Ridge Winery on the Mornington Peninsula is available for guests convenience. Nearby is a host of top restaurants which your hosts can personally recommend and also provide discounts of up to 15% at a selection of restaurants if bookings are made through them. For the keen golfers up to 25% discount is available on green fees at local golf courses - further details and brochures available at the property.
