Hidden Treasure at Pirates Bay is situated about 7 minutes walk through the sand dunes to the stunning Mornington Peninsula National Park ocean coastline in Blairgowrie near Sorrento. This unique location allows easy access to the Peninsula's greatest natural attraction with rock pools, low tide lagoons, surf beaches, cliff formations and spectacular scenery at every turn. There is nothing like a sunset stroll along the beach or an evening dip at nearby Bridgewater Bay and then falling asleep to the gentle sound of the ocean on the rocks.

The cottage was built and decorated with a stylish rustic nautical theme offering generous modern open plan living in complete privacy with all the creature comforts and some very special touches thrown in. Your hosts Annie & Graham have created an environment that they themselves enjoy and they know, full well, that you are not getting away to spend time with them! The quiet nature of the street and its residents makes for a very peaceful and relaxing beach side getaway even in the busy Summer holiday period.

The Crew's Cottage is able to accommodate children and dogs (conditions apply) making it ideal for small familiy groups up to four people. Fully self-contained including:

* Private outdoor BBQ area in a spacious garden setting making it suitable for longer stays.

Extensive facilities for baby are provided at no extra charge and many features have been installed for your peace of mind - for example the safety gate on the stairs.

Our 'Breakfast Basket' includes ample goodies including cereal, milk, eggs, bacon, tea, coffee and sugar and local produce such as fresh bread, condiments and juice to enable guests to enjoy their breakfast how they want it, when they want it and in private!

Policy:		BOOKINGS & DEPOSITS
- A deposit of 50% is required within 4 days of making a booking to secure the reservation, with the balance due on arrival.
- Payment on arrival is accepted by cash or cheque only please.
- To deposit directly using your e-banking facility please contact us by phone for the necessary banking details.
- Single night bookings on weekends are available on standby basis only; surcharge will apply.
CANCELLATIONS
- more than 21 days prior to reservation: 15% of deposit.
- between 7 & 21 days prior to reservation: 50% of deposit.
- Less than 7 days prior to reservation: Total deposit.
- Deposits will only be 'heldover' on postponed reservations if another replacement booking of equal or greater value is confirmed, with a paid deposit, prior to the original arrival date. Otherwise the deposit is subject to the cancellation policy above.
