Hidden Treasure at Pirates Bay is situated about 500m to the Mornington Peninsula National Park, revealing stunning ocean coastline that stretches from Portsea to Cape Schanck. The Cottage is located in Blairgowrie near Sorrento. This unique location allows easy access to the Peninsula's greatest natural attraction with rock pools, low tide lagoons, surf beaches, cliff formations and spectacular scenery at every turn. The cottage was built and decorated with a stylish rustic nautical theme offering generous modern open plan living in complete privacy with all the creature comforts and some very special touches thrown in. The quiet nature of the street and its residents makes for a very peaceful and relaxing beach side getaway even in the busy Summer holiday period. The Crew's Cottage is able to accommodate children and dogs (conditions apply) making it ideal for small familiy groups up to four people. The Cottage includes: • Kitchen • Dining area and Lounge room • Laundry • Private outdoor barbecue area in a spacious garden setting making it suitable for longer stays. • Split system air conditioning • Ceiling fans • Wood fire • QS Bed and 2 single beds in loft bedrooms • Under cover car parking Extensive facilities for baby (portacot, high chair, baby bath) are provided at no extra charge and many features have been installed for your peace of mind - for example the safety gate on the stairs. | |

| Booking Policy: | • Guest Terms and Conditions will be forwarded to you prior to receiving your deposit. • 15% deposit is required to confirm your booking. • A security deposit is required for all bookings, and can be processed as a credit card authorisation, if you wish. • 50% of remaining monies is to be paid half way between booking date and arrival. • Balance due 2 weeks prior to arrival. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are to be advised in writing giving details of reason for cancellation. If the property is re-booked by another party, the following refunds are possible - • More than one month before arrival date: 85% refund, less $100.00 admin fee. • 2-4 weeks before arrival date: 50% refund, less $100.00 admin fee. • Less than 2 weeks prior to arrival: No refund. |
