Main Ridge cattle aims to produce the best vealers available from the Mornington Peninsula using Charolais-Angus cross breading stock. A typical calf at sale will be 400kg plus live weight, at 9-10 months and still on mother’s milk. Every effort is made to minimize exposure to chemicals and animals are bred and raised in a stress free environment. These animals provide an excellent opportunity to local butchers to be able to provide high quality, locally bred and grown beef cattle.
