A cleansing ritual begins the treatment and to finish the air clears and lifts with the delicate chime of Tibetan cymbals to bring you back down to earth.

We choose to use Phyt’s 100% Certified Organic skin and body care from France at Lotus Day Spa. Phyt’s products are created by a French biochemist and are clinically proven. They are not tested on animals and do not contain chemicals, fillers or artificial fragrances and colours, so your conscience can be clear as well as your skin. Each pack of vials is opened specifically for you. Being passionate about chemical free lifestyles, we seek to educate and help others understand the risks of chemicals in your life. Unlike other Spas and salons, time for your consultation is not taken out of your treatment time so you get the entire hour on the massage table to absorb the benefits.

At Lotus Day Spa we work Holistically to help harmonise body, mind and spirit. The natural use of Subtle energy and Chakra balancing are incorporated through most treatments in some way, intuitively tailoring it to your needs and giving a more cleansing experience. We offer advice where possible on ways of achieving greater health and harmony.

GIFT VOUCHERS
An ideal present, which can be redeemed against treatments or products. Beautifully presented product gift boxes are also available and can both be sent anywhere in Australia with the ease of a phone call.

APPOINTMENTS
To Avoid disappointment, bookings in advance are recommended, although we do our best to offer you an immediate service where available.

ARRIVAL
On your arrival we will sit you down with a glass of water or herbal tea so you can begin to unwind whilst you fill out a consultation sheet. Your treatment(s) will commence approximately 15 minutes after. Even if you have filled out a form prior we generally need this 15 minutes to change over. If you are a little late we will do our best to give you your full treatment time, however sometimes we may have to cut your treatment slightly short at the same charge.

TREATMENT TIMES
Unlike other Day Spas and Beauty Salons the time for your consultation and to change is not taken out of your treatment time. Please allow approximately 15-30 minutes on top of your treatment time to complete the Lotus Spa experience.

Policy:		CANCELLATIONS
* We understand that sometimes you may need to change your schedule. If you would please understand our circumstances and kindly let us know at least 24 hours before the treatment so as to allow someone else to visit us, we would appreciate it.
* We require a credit card for security for any treatment - One hour in duration or longer.
* Any cancellations within this time will incur a charge of 20% of the treatment cost in order to cover our expenses.
* Gift vouchers will also be redeemed at 20% if cancelled within 24hrs.
