Opposite the beach - fully self cater Holiday Home just a hop skip and jump to put your toe in the water or take a long walk along the bayside trails around Mt Martha & Safety Beach to Mills Beach.

Open Lounge, Dining and kitchen area so everyone can see the sea from every angle. Full reverse cycle heating and cooling unit. The separate Sun Lounge overlooks the Bayside waves so you can watch the sunsets from your relaxing armchair.

The Kitchen has a dishwasher, large fridge/freezer and an upright electric stove. In the Lounge there is a TV, DVD plus a CD player and a gas fire. The single small bathroom has a hip bath/shower and vanity - no bath. There is a separate toilet. Laundry facilities with a washing machine, iron & board.

A few steps up to the entry porch on the side is the front door and a few steps up inside take you to the lounge & sun Lounge, both overlook the sea above the road level.

Space for 3 cars off street parking behind secure gates and fully fenced. Room for a small boat.

The local shop/garage is handy enough to walk to for local supplies or to fill the boat before a trip on the bay.

Local Attractions:
Everything that the Mornington Peninusla can offer is just a short drive away. The best thing is the quiet sandy beach just over the road from the house. Just grab a towel and go - no need to take anything else! Opposite Safety Beach - just a hop, skip and a long jump.

Booking/Cancellation
Policy:		BOOKINGS:
• A Tenancy Agreement showing full terms and conditions for your selected property will be sent prior to receiving your deposit.
• A 24-hour hold can be placed on a property at your request.
• 50% of total booking cost, as agreed by email or phone, is required to confirm and hold your property and selected dates.
• Balance is payable on arrival.
• A Security Bond applies to all stays and is payable on arrival.
• December & January bookings must be fully paid a minimum 2-weeks in advance of arrival date.

CANCELLATIONS:
• 20% of the agreed total price is non refundable from the day of confirmation.
