Tariff Guide: • $200.00 per night, minimum 2 nights (price subject to change during school holidays & long weekends.)

WEEKLY PRICING:

• $500.00 low season: May-Oct (price subject to change during school holidays & long weekends.)
• $1,150.00 mid season: Nov to mid-Dec, Feb-Apr
• $1,800.00 high season: mid Dec-end Jan

Security Deposit is payable on arrival and will be refunded on departure.

Booking/Cancellation
Policy:		 • Only direct deposit or bank cheque accepted as deposit.
• Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the booking and is non refundable should booking be cancelled.
• If deposit not received within 7 days of booking date we reserve the right to accept another booking.
• Balance of total amount payable 7 days prior to arrival date. (14 days in peak season)
