Hilltonia Homestead is the perfect place for romance. Hidden away on 40 secluded acres at Rye on the Southern Mornington Peninsula guests can enjoy a private resort feel to their getaway with in ground swimming pool and tennis court on the property, while golf courses and bay and ocean beaches are all a short drive away.

Hilltonia is recognised as one of the premier B&Bs in Victoria, nestled in undulating hillside, this four and a half star property has been designed for the discerning traveller.

Guests have the choice of either deluxe B&B suites or luxuriously appointed and individually themed cottages which are dotted around the property.

Beautifully appointed suites featuring spas - many with bay and countryside views - Hilltonia Homestead ensures that you and your partner are spoilt.

All cottages have their own balcony, BBQ, TV, DVD, CD, gas log fire, double spa, en suite bathroom and fully equipped kitchen.

• The Coral and Settlers cottages have views of Arthurs Seat and the bay.

• The Victorian, Mediterranean and African cottages have views of the countryside and beautiful sunsets.

• Poolside Suites - 2 traditional B&B suites with kitchenette , one with KS bed the other with an antique QS bed and double spa.

By day at Hilltonia, you can soak up some sun by the tropical pool while the more energetic can enjoy a game of tennis or play a round of golf at any one of the many top quality courses - all within five minutes drive.
