A one-acre bush garden retreat in Mt Martha is a perfect setting for Green Island Apartment, a very private apartment with modern interior, located approximately 5 minutes drive from both Mornington and Mt Martha, and only 1 hour drive from Melbourne.

Exclusively for one couple you enter through your own front door which is adjacent to your undercover parking, and find stylish luxury and some extra spoils that make this accommodation something to remember.

The interior though modern has been renovated with a blend of old and new materials to create a warm environment. Mood lighting and a large modern shower are part of our renovations.

Heating, reverse cycle air conditioning DVD / Stereo with surround sound, extra pillows, magazines, complementary bottle of wine and cheese platter on arrival are part of our normal service. Breakfast provisions and plunger coffee are supplied for you to cook at your leisure.

A modern gas BBQ is located just outside your door in a garden setting with table and chairs (with umbrella in summer), for your private use. So it is very easy to sit back and enjoy the garden atmosphere, or maybe have a hit of tennis in the back yard court (racquets & balls are supplied). You may like to check the chooks, or give our resident possum (if he is home) a small snack.
