Overlooking the 10th tee of the scenic Flinders golf course, with views to the ocean, this spacious house and garden is a short walk from the beach and village shops. It is in a quiet cul de sac and has generous on-site parking. The single-level house, with two sleeping zones, offers easy access and includes: • living/dining overlooking the golf course • powder room • bedroom 1 (queen bed and en suite) • bedroom 2 (two single beds) • bedroom 3 (two single beds) • main bathroom • laundry • double lock-up garage. ABOUT FLINDERS About 100 kilometres and 90 minutes from Melbourne, Flinders is a rural, seaside village with ocean and Western Port Bay beaches, harbour pier, golf links, tennis courts, many bush walking tracks and hours of beach walks. The extensive rural landscape takes in national park, state forest and vine-covered hillsides. The General Store has a wide range of groceries, wine, delicatessen items, papers and magazines. As well as the Flinders Hotel’s popular dining room and beer garden, there are lively cafes and other dining options within the village. Many of the surrounding vineyards and wineries provide interesting food in attractive settings.
