Well suited to holidays with family and friends, the open plan living area makes for a relaxed and enjoyable home away from home. After a busy day, sit back & catch up on the latest DVD or enjoy a drink on the adjoining spacious balcony overlooking the treetops and looking through to the lights on the bay.

Eat out at one of the many wonderful local restaurants in Mt Martha or Mornington. If you prefer a night in, the well equipped kitchen has all you need to cook and serve a delicious meal, or you may prefer to use the four burner gas hooded BBQ which is just outside the living area on the balcony.

Beach Haven Mount Martha is ideal for families and groups.

  • Upstairs - Main Bedroom with QS Bed and En-suite. Second Bedroom with QS Bed and Third Bedroom with 2 Singles. Family Bathroom with Bath and Shower with a separate Toilet.

  • Downstairs - One Bedroom with QS Bed and En-suite. Rumpus Room with two Double Sofa Beds.

  • All Linen provided. (except if using Sofa Beds - BYO Pillow Cases, Sheets or Sleeping Bags.)

  • Extremely comfortable with all you need for relaxed stylish living. Air conditioning for summer and a cosy wood heater as well as Ducted Heating for winter.

  • Broadband Internet is also available.

    • Booking Policy:
  • To confirm your booking a deposit of 50% is required. The balance is due to be paid 14 days prior to arrival except for xmas/jan bookings when the balance is due by December 1st.
  • Payment can be made by cheque or direct deposit into our bank account (details advised when booking is made).
  • We reserve the right to charge a Bond.

    For security reasons we require the following details when a deposit is made:

  • Driver's License details

    Cancellation Policy:

  • A confirmed booking cancelled more than one month prior to arrival will incur a 20% cancellation fee.
  • A confirmed booking cancelled less than one month prior to arrival will incur a 30% cancellation fee.
  • A confirmed booking cancelled with less than one week's notice will receive no refund unless a replacement booking is found.
  • During peak holiday periods no refunds will be given.

    If any property or goods belonging to Beach Haven Mt Martha are missing or damaged during your stay, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable cost for repair and or replacement.
