Booking/Cancellation
Policy:		 • Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the booking.
• If deposit not received within 7 days of booking date we reserve the right to accept another booking.
• Balance of total amount payable 7 days prior to arrival date.

CANCELLATIONS
• More than 14 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund (less costs if applicable)
• 14 to 7 Days prior to arrival 50% of deposite will be retained
• Less than 7 days including "no show" full deposit will be retained.
