This 3 bedroom holiday house is in a perfect position at the end of a no-through road which means safety for the children as well as being nice and quiet.

Located in West Rosebud it avoids the hustle and bustle of central Rosebud in the summer months.The house has been extended twice and now boasts a living area above the garage.

The Capel Sound Foreshore beach which is located only 400 metres away and visible from outside the front of the house is relatively quiet and frequented mainly by locals.

Bike paths opposite the beach provide safe access for children to either Rosebud or Rye on defined trails, but you can of course cycle all the way to Sorrento or Portsea.

* Fully equipped kitchen/meals area including refrigerator, microwave,crockery, glassware & saucepans.

* 3-bedrooms with 2 DB and 2 SB and a spare SB upstairs

* 2 televisions and CD/DVD player.

* Laundry with washing machine and deep trough basin etc.

* Fully fenced rear yard.

* Doonas, pillows and blankets supplied but BYO sheets.

Just a short 400m stroll to the end of the street is the beautiful, safe Capel Sound swimming beach.

A 10-minute walk brings you to cafes, shops etc and if you haven't a car, or simply wish to leave it at the house, a bus stop is located right at the end of street.
