BallyVista, with glorious views of Port Phillip Bay, is a spacious, luxury penthouse with everything you need for the perfect romantic, long holiday or business stay. Three doors from the beach, 500m to Main Street we are perfectly situated in what is renowned as the loveliest part of Mornington.

Bay views can be obtained from all rooms and when staying at a beach resort that is exactly what guests are looking for. Enjoy a glass of wine on the balcony whilst you watch the spectacular sunsets over the sea, or yachts with sails billowing.

Fully self contained and equipped, with own bedroom, lounge, balcony, dining area, full sized kitchen, bathroom, 2 toilets, own laundry, own entrance front and back. Private rear courtyard with BBQ, off street parking.

BallyVista is perfectly situated close to world class golf courses, wineries, antiques, art galleries, historical buildings, race course, craft markets, strawberry picking, walks, views, fishing, all water sports.

BallyVista supplies everything right down to dressing gowns; there is nothing you will need apart from your personal effects. Continental breakfast and all the ingredients for a scrumptious cooked breakfast i.e. bacon, eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms, full loaf of bread, litre of milk, assorted teas, coffee, plunger and instant.

Policy:		Reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival will attract 10% cancellation fee.

Reservations cancelled less than 14 days prior will attract 50% cancellation fee.

Reservations cancelled or postponed within 48 hours or "No Show" will result in full amount payable being deducted from credit card given at time of reservation. During peak periods (summer or public hols) cancellation or postponements will result in full amount payable being debited to the credit card given at time of reservation. Refund subject to owner being able to re-book the period concerned.

Administration fee of $25.00 applies.

Bookings $30% deposit and not 50% balance on arrival.
