This ideal three bedroom family getaway has all the comforts you would expect of home.

The combined lounge and dining area has a Coonara wood fire and air conditioner as well as a television and entertainment system. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped and includes a fridge/freezer, gas stove, toaster, kettle and coffee maker.

The main bathroom has a split bathtub and shower and there is a separate toilet as well. The laundry is outfitted with a washing machine and dryer.

There is a conjoined undercover decking area with a gas BBQ, at the rear of the house. The back-garden is fully fenced and the property has off street parking for three cars.

While you are here why not visit some of the Mornington Peninsula's finest wineries and markets which are just a short car ride away. Or take long coastal walks through the near by National Park. Explore the rock pools or just laze away the afternoon on the soft sand at the beach.

A Tenancy Agreement showing full terms and conditions for your selected property will be sent prior to receiving your deposit.

A 24-hour hold can be placed on a property at your request 50% of total booking cost, as agreed by email or phone, is required to confirm and hold your property and selected dates.
Balance is payable on arrival.

A Security Bond applies to all stays and is payable on arrival.
December & January bookings must be fully paid a minimum 2-weeks in advance of arrival date.

CANCELLATIONS:

20% of the agreed total price is non refundable from the day of confirmation.
